1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags must be intact.

  • Products with removed or damaged tags are not eligible for exchange.



2. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • Refunds will be processed only with a valid reason, such as:

    • Damaged product

    • Manufacturing defect

    • Incorrect item delivered

  • Requests without valid justification may be declined after review.

  • Products with removed tags or signs of use are not eligible for refund.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.

  • All requests for return, exchange, or refund must be communicated via our official support channel.

  • The final decision on refunds and exchanges rests with the company after product inspection.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
